Experimental Conditions
Lighting: 4 lamps (15,000Lx), set to 14 hours ON and 10 hours OFF using a cycle timer.
• Four 40W daylight-white straight tube LED lamps are standard as lighting
Lighting intensity can be set by lighting 1 to 4 LED lamps, and a 24-hour cycle timer can be used to create a day/night environment. The use of daylight-white straight tube LED lamps provides brightness of up to 15,000Lx and a long life of approximately 40,000 hours.

♦ The daylight-white straight tube LED lamps allow for four levels of brightness adjustment.

• 2-step programmable temperature control (MTI-1000)
MTI-1100 allows for a two-step program to replicate daytime and nighttime temperatures. Additionally, the lighting can be controlled via an ON-OFF timer, enabling day-night testing.
♦ MTI-1000 also has a lighting ON-OFF timer, but temperature control is fixed value control.
• Shakers can be installed in the chamber for shaking culture
The installation is limited to one unit in the bottom chamber. The shaker MMS-120H, MMS-220H, MMS-320, or MMS-420 can be installed.
♦ The shaking speed of the shaker should be within a maximum of 150rpm for orbital shaking and within a maximum of 100rpm for reciprocal/figure-8 shaking.
♦ The distance between the top surface of the shaker and the shelf board above is 75mm.
