• Characteristics

♦ The product is equipped with a unique two-stage rotation control that maintains the set rotation speed through speed feedback control when the load is within the maximum torque, and reduces the rotation speed to continue mixing when the load is above the maximum torque.

♦ The product has a DC brushless motor and is a powerful, compact stirrer with an accurate rotation display using a pulse count system. Because it is brushless, there is no sparking, and there is no need to worry about wearing out or replacing brushes. It is protected by safety features such as a thermal protector to prevent motor burnout, a current limiting circuit, and an independent power switch.

• Chuck cover

A chuck cover is provided to prevent hair and other objects from getting caught in the rotating drill chuck. (PAT.)

• Free clamp mechanism

The free clamp mechanism with a wide adjustable range allows the unit angle to be easily set with a single knob. This makes it easy to align the centers of the stirring seal, stirring rod, and flask. The large ball-diameter free clamp provides stable holding force.

• Air purge port

External air can be supplied into the stirrer body, preventing the intrusion of solvents or acids.

• Two (2) types of chuck parts

The standard type is a drill chuck (left) that can be securely fixed with a chuck handle.
The reversible type is a collet chuck (right) that can be easily tightened by hand.

• Reversible function

The reversible type allows you to select between forward direction and reverse direction with a selector switch, allowing for efficient stirring. ZZ-xx1x series only.

The automatic reverse function model can be set to 0, 5, 10, 20, 30, 45, or 60 seconds. ZZ-xx2x series only.

• External input/output terminals

This signal function also supports reaction systems and similar applications. Rotation speed can be remotely controlled via signal input (DC 0 to 5V) from a computer or process controller. Changes in rotation speed and load torque are output (DC0 to 5V) separately, making data processing easy.

♦ External input/output terminals are only available on the ZZ-xx2x series.

• Speed ​​feedback control maintains rotation

① Even if there is a load fluctuation during stirring, the speed feedback control maintains the set rotation speed as long as the load remains within the permissible range.

② If the load exceeds the permissible range, the unit continues to operate by reducing the rotation speed.

♦ Torque indicator is only available for the ZZ-xx2x series.
