• PharMed® tubing
♦ Long life 1/60 gas permeability
◊ This original tubing was developed in collaboration with Saint-Gobain (USA) to meet our company’s specifications.
◊ When used with tube pumps, it has a lifespan 5 to 10 times longer than silicone tubes (compared to our company’s products), there is no need to worry about liquid leakage due to cracks, and the hassle of tube replacement is eliminated. It has a wide range of continuous use temperatures from -51 to 135°C, and can be sterilized by autoclave. Compared to silicone tubing, the permeability of oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide is about 1/60, so it reduces the impact of gas contamination of samples and gas permeation from the tube on analysis results.
The tube is less likely to deteriorate due to oxidizing substances such as ozone, hypochlorite, and hydrogen peroxide, and has excellent corrosion resistance against acids and alkalis. It can be widely used in pharmaceutical preparations, biotechnology fields, analysis, etc. It is a tubing that pursues safety by suppressing cytotoxicity and hemolysis, conforming to USP CLASS VI, etc.

◊ This tubing, made to our specifications in cooperation with Saint-Gobain (USA), has excellent inorganic solution resistance and is the most versatile of the four types of tubing.
◊ This tubing is less susceptible to the effects of oxidizing substances and does not deteriorate easily. The tubing is transparent and highly flexible, so the flow of liquid can be visually observed and it can be easily attached to piping, etc. It has excellent durability and chemical resistance. It can withstand temperatures up to 74°C.

Compared to domestic Viton® tubing, it has excellent physical strength, ozone resistance, and weather resistance. It can withstand temperatures up to 204°C.
