• Circulation of temperature-controlled water to external open system
CTP-1000 CTP-3000
• Guideline for selecting a model
Model | CTP-1000 | CTP-2000 |
Temperature of water | Bath capacity | |
10℃ | 12L | 24L |
20℃ | 28L | 50L |
30℃ | 16L | 28L |
♦ Equipped with a self-priming pump, circulation starts simply by performing a priming operation during installation. The placement of the water bath at the circulation destination is not restricted, and self-priming is possible up to a height of 2 meters.
♦ For small baths requiring minimal circulation, attaching the optional bypass line allows circulation rates as low as 1L/min.
♦ By using the optional closed system circulation unit, circulation to a closed-loop system is also possible.
♦ Equipped with a standard suction filter, it prevents dust and foreign objects from entering the circulation path, protecting the pump from damage.
♦ You can choose between standard mode and eco mode. Selecting eco mode helps reduce power consumption. Note: When operating in eco mode, the temperature control accuracy will be ±2°C.
♦ It is now possible to clean scale deposit by circulating a scale cleaning agent within the circulation path.
• Circulation to both open and closed systems is possible
• Supports Auto-start, Auto-stop, and Program operation
Equipped with Auto-start and Auto-stop control, temperature cycle testing can be performed at different temperatures.
♦ Auto-start operation
After the set time t (maximum 99 hours and 59 minutes) has elapsed, the operation starts, and temperature control is performed at the set temperature T1.
♦ Auto-stop operation
The operation stops after the set time t (maximum 99 hours and 59 minutes) has elapsed.
♦ 2-step program operation
The equipment operates at the set temperature for the duration of t1. After t1 has elapsed, it transitions to the set temperature T2. Following the duration , the unit performs a specified number of repeated operations and then stops.
• Prevention of heater malfunction
♦ The cumulative operating time is recorded, and an alarm will sound to notify you when it is time to remove the scale deposit that has built up on the heater. By using the cleaner for scale deposit (sold separately, see “Options” below), you can remove the scale deposit that has built up on the heater, preventing heater breakdown.

◊ Performance are at room temperature of 20°C, tap water, rated supply voltage, 50Hz, and no load.
◊ Cooling capacity is ±10% of the indicated capacity.
◊ External circulation capacity is ±10% of the indicated capacity.
◊ Cooling capacity and pump flow rate are at maximum cooling water circulation.
◊ When setting the liquid temperature below 10°C, use low-temperature heat transfer fluid.
◊ Pure water cannot be used.

• Data
♦ Cooling capacity curve
◊ Cooling capacity is ±10% of the indicated capacity.
◊ Display capacity is the capacity of the equipment alone.
◊ The cooling capacity drops at a liquid temperature of 30°C. This is because the capacity of the unit is reduced to balance the capacity of the heater.
