• Characteristics
♦ CVE-2100
◊ By connecting to diaphragm vacuum pump and cold trap, samples in microtubes (up to 24 tubes) or test tubes (up to 16 tubes) can be concentrated and dried.
◊ Temperature can be set according to the sample within the range of room temperature +5 to 80°C. Digital setting and display for excellent operability.
◊ The rotor can be easily removed for easy cleaning of the chamber.
◊ The height is kept low so that the inside of the chamber can be seen even when placed on a laboratory bench.
♦ CVE-2200
◊ It has a built-in vacuum pump. This compact diaphragm pump achieves a high vacuum of approximately 40hPa and offers excellent corrosion resistance.
◊ For solvents that are difficult to evaporate using the built-in vacuum pump, the device is equipped with a connection nozzle and pump selector switch for an external vacuum pump.
◊ Temperature can be set according to the sample within the range of room temperature +5 to 80°C. Digital setting and display for excellent operability.
♦ CVE-3000
◊ The temperature can be adjusted from 4℃ by running cooling water through the built-in cooling coil. Even biochemical samples that are sensitive to heat can be concentrated at low temperatures.
◊ Rotors for 15 and 50mL centrifuge tubes, which are frequently used in biochemical experiments, are available.
◊ The equipment has a slow-up mechanism when starting rotation and a slow-down mechanism when stopping rotation, preventing damage to test tubes and vials caused by sudden rotation shock.
◊ The inside of the cover is made of glass, while the outside has a double structure of a resin plate to protect the glass. The parts that come into contact with gas are made of glass to prevent corrosion and deformation caused by organic solvents.
♦ CVE-3110
◊ The chamber is coated with a special Teflon® coating that is resistant to acids and organic solvents used in combinatorial chemistry such as TFA, DMF, and DMSO.
◊ A variety of rotors are available for deep-well plates and centrifuge tubes compatible with combinatorial chemistry.
◊ When starting operation, the vacuum pump starts once the rotation speed has reached the set value, and when stopping, the pump stops after the vacuum is released, and then the rotation stops, which is a safety control.
◊ The cover has a double structure with an inner glass panel and an outer resin panel to protect the glass. Since the gas-contacting parts are made of glass, there is no risk of corrosion from organic solvents, and deformation is prevented.
