♦ Slim design for space-saving installation
CCA-1112A
◊ It has a slim design with a space-saving footprint of 205W × 405D mm.
◊ CCA-1112A and CCA-1112S are standard chillers with a cooling capacity of 500W (at liquid temperature of 20°C) and a discharge pressure of 0.04MPa. These chillers have a proven track record of being integrated into rotary evaporators, machine tools, analytical instruments, and more.
◊ For aqueous samples, one aspirator and one evaporator (either N-1300 or 1210B series: up to 1L sample flask) can be connected. For solvent-based samples, one solvent recovery unit and one evaporator (either N-1300 or 1210B series: up to 500mL sample flask) can be connected.
◊ The environmentally friendly natural refrigerant model CCA-1123A • S are also available.
♦ Designed with space efficiency and user-friendliness
As a space-saving model, it can be installed in tight spaces such as on, under, or beside laboratory bench.
Easy-to-use design down to the smallest detail. The filter is made of a material that will not deteriorate even if washed with water. It can be easily replaced by simply opening the louvers
The insulated hose connects easily by simply inserting it—no tools or clamps required. The direction of the circulation nozzle can be adjusted 360°, reducing strain on the tubing.
♦ External input • output terminals
By connecting the chiller CCA-1112A to the rotary evaporator N-1210B series with a dedicated communication cable (optional), it is possible to link with the evaporator (start • stop operation) without using the vacuum controller NVC-3000.
CCA-1112S is equipped with an alarm signal output terminal. Upon receiving the alarm signal, it can stop the connected device or activate a commercially available warning light.

♦ Anti-condensation cover for cooling water circulation system
This cover prevents condensation and icing around the circulation nozzles of the cooling water circulation system. By attaching the cover suitable for the circulation nozzle, condensation and icing around the nozzle can be minimized when circulating to a rotary evaporator or when used in sub-zero temperature ranges.

◊ Set C is used when the metal nozzle with valve is connected to the model CCA-1112A.
◊ Set C has restrictions on valve shape.
◊ Ambient operating temperature range: 5 to 35℃, humidity 80% or less
◊ Operating fluid temperature range: -20 to 30°C
◊ The recommended temperature range is above -10°C. If used below -11°C, it becomes difficult to suppress condensation and freezing.
