N-4100 Standard model N-4100W with two receiving flasks
♦ N-4100 has a footprint of 1060W x 550D (mm) and comes standard with a 20L sample flask. 10L sample flask (optional) is available for small sample volumes.
♦ 40L heating bath with a wide temperature range (RT+10℃ to 180℃). Water/oil bath allows for the concentration of high-boiling point substances.
♦ The vacuum controller has pre-registered programs for 55 types of solvents, including those specified by environmental standards. By selecting the solvent and appropriately controlling the vacuum, solvent recovery can be performed efficiently.
♦By connecting the N-4100 and the diaphragm vacuum pump N950 (sold separately) with the included power cord, you can control the pump according to the operating conditions of the N-4100.

◊ The vacuum controller has been redesigned and the screen is now 4.3 inches, making it even easier to see.

♦ Safety cover
A safety cover is standard equipment to prevent hands or clothing from getting caught during rotation.
♦ Teflon® seal
The Teflon® seal allows for high vacuum operation (below 2.6hPa). Compared to Viton seals, it offers a longer lifespan, reducing the frequency of seal replacement and contributing to cost savings.
♦ Designed for improved ease of use easy-to-attach and detach sample flask
The combination of the flask base and the one-touch clamp makes attaching and detaching the sample flask easy. The bath height is conveniently set at 800mm for better operability. Changing to 10L sample flask (optional) can also be done effortlessly.
♦ Double receiving flasks (N-4100W)
By equipping two receiving flasks, it is possible to discharge the distillate from the receiving flasks without stopping the equipment during concentration. Since the vacuum conditions hardly change, continuous concentration can be performed in a stable state.
♦ Dedicated stand
The unit comes with a dedicated stand, which makes it easy to move and operate, and can store the vacuum pump and consumables. It also has an earthquake-resistant structure that can be fixed to the floor with anchor bolts. N-4100H is available for those who do not need a stand.
