♦ NRP-2000A is equipped with a three-stage tubing case, with the second and third stages individually fixable at 90° intervals. This design allows both the suction and discharge sides to be aligned in the same direction, preventing excessive bending or kinking of the tubing and enabling installation at an optimal length.
♦ NRP-2000B is equipped with a single-stage tubing case designed for large-diameter tubing, which can be fixed in 90° increments. This configuration allows both the suction and discharge sides to be aligned in the same direction, helping to prevent excessive bending or kinking of the tubing and enabling proper installation with an optimal tubing length.
♦ Since only the tubing comes into contact with the liquid, there is no contact with metal parts, eliminating concerns about contamination.
The integrated tubing case design allows for easy tube replacement simply by lifting the tubing holder.
♦ The rapid-priming switch allows the pump to operate at maximum flow rate, quickly filling the tubing path with liquid up to just before the dispensing point.
♦ Four types of tubing are available depending on the liquid being used: Silicone, PharMed®, Tygon®, and Versilon (Fulran®). Each type comes in three different inner diameters. Please select the appropriate tubing according to the type of liquid and required flow rate.

• Clear display and excellent operability
The rotation speed is displayed, allowing for precise and quantitative operation settings.
• Discharge volume can be adjusted via external signal input
Equipped with an external signal input terminal, allowing control of the discharge volume via electric signals (0 to 10VDC) from a PC or various measurement devices. This enables automation of reagent addition and other delivery systems.
• The tubing cases of each stage can be fixed separately every 90°
Since the suction and discharge ports can be aligned in the same direction, tubing can be installed at an appropriate length without unnecessary bending or kinking. (Different tubing sizes can be combined for each channel.)
• Retractable handle for easy carrying
It is equipped with a retractable handle for easy carrying.
• Leak detection using the optional leak sensor
If a tube ruptures inside the tubing case, causing leakage, the optional leak sensor set detects the leakage and stops the liquid delivery. The leak sensor is made of Teflon® for high chemical resistance.
