• This is a vacuum controller for rotary evaporators

♦Equipped with a 4.3-inch color TFT LCD, it provides a comprehensive system data list display for checking operating conditions (settings and measurements) at a glance. It also features a graph screen to monitor control progress and a standard screen to check pressure and operating status, offering clear visibility tailored to usage conditions.
♦In the Auto mode (Automatic control), you can automatically operate the system by simply pressing the start key, starting with the initial boiling point detection of the solvent and setting the appropriate vacuum level. Furthermore, by using the optional vapor temperature sensor, automatic operation of mixed solvents, which was previously difficult, is also possible.
♦In the Manual mode (Constant value control), the pressure setting can be adjusted at any time, allowing you to modify the pressure as needed while monitoring the concentration state during operation.
♦The Program mode (Ramp control) has 55 programs registered for typical solvents, including environmentally regulated solvents. Additionally, up to 10 custom programs can be registered as needed.
♦The Step Program mode functions as a pressure controller with a step program feature. Each program can include up to 99 steps, allowing combinations of pressure reduction, pressure increase, constant pressure control, decompression, and atmospheric release. A total of five programs can be stored (step program control).

By combining the vacuum controller NVC-3000 model with system peripheral devices (equipped with communication functions), it is possible to build an integrated system where each device works in coordination. The vacuum controller allows for control of “system start/stop,” “settings changes (NVC-3000 model),” “measurement value checks,” and “emergency stop during alarm occurrence.”

By simply pressing the Run/Stop button on the control panel, the operation of the system peripherals can be started or stopped.

If an alarm occurs in a peripheral device, the entire system automatically stops.
♦ Monitoring of operating conditions
Monitoring of system peripherals and progress can be performed by connecting to a PC.
You can also check temperature, pressure, and rotation speed, and start/stop operation of the system from the PC.

Unzip the downloaded compressed file at an appropriate location. A setup disk folder will be created and several files will be extracted into it. Please refer to the “Installation Instructions.pdf” in the extracted “Setup Disk” and install the software.
