    EYELA evaporators and surrounding instruments have warranty for one year after purchasing, except consumables.

  • Supply of consumables
    and service parts

    Each consumable and service parts are shipped from Miyagi factory in Japan.

  • Repair

    A substitute instrument can be shipped from the factory and service parts supply quickly upon request.

Testing requests

We are accepting a “Testing request” to ensure that customers can confidently decide on purchasing our instruments. This includes evaluating the feasibility of freeze/spray drying for the target sample and confirming the drying conditions. Please submit your request through your local distributor.
