N-1110 series

Problem Cause Solution The Power lamp does not come on even if the power switch is turned ON.

Symptom	Causes
The power plug is come off the AC outlet. Or it is not inserted securely.	After making sure the power switch is turned off, connect plug completely.
The power cord socket is come off the inlet. Or it is not inserted securely.	After making sure the power switch is turned off, connect plug completely.
The power switch broke down.	Immediately stop operation and contact your dealer or the nearest service center.
The circuit board broke down.	Immediately stop operation and contact your dealer or the nearest service center.
The fuse is blown.	Replace the fuse with new one. If the fuse is blown soon again, immediately stop operation and contact your dealer or the nearest service center.

Although the power switch illuminates, the unit does not rotate.

Symptom	Causes
The circuit board broke down.	Immediately stop operation and contact your dealer or the nearest service center.
The motor broke down.	Immediately stop operation and contact your dealer or the nearest service center.
Bearings rusted.	Immediately stop operation and contact your dealer or the nearest service center.

Rotation is not stable.(Hunting)

Symptom	Causes
The motor broke down.	Immediately stop operation and contact your dealer or the nearest service center.
The circuit board broke down.	Immediately stop operation and contact your dealer or the nearest service center.
The inner gear wore out.	Immediately stop operation and contact your dealer or the nearest service center.

Abnormal sound is heard.

Symptom	Causes
The vacuum seal wore out.	Change the seal.
The inner gear wore out.	Stop operation, and call your service agent.
The driving part is lacking of grease.	Stop operation, and call your service agent.
The motor broke down.	Stop operation, and call your service agent.

Squeal is heard from the sealing part.

Symptom	Causes
The vacuum seal and the rotary joint do riot fit well.	Apply grease or water a little.

Leakage of vacuum.
The vacuum pressure is poor.

Symptom	Causes
The rotary joint is abraded.	Change the rotary joint.
The vacuum seal wore out.	Change the vacuum seal.
The vacuum hose deteriorated.	Change the vacuum hose.
The packing for vacuum nozzles deteriorated.	Change the packing.

The jack up is very heavy.

Symptom	Causes
The spring deteriorated.	Immediately stop operation and contact your dealer or the nearest service center.
The bearing for sliding abraded, or rusted.	Immediately stop operation and contact your dealer or the nearest service center.

The jack cannot be locked.

Symptom	Causes
The screw is loosened, and raced.	Immediately stop operation and contact your dealer or the nearest service center.
Locking parts wore out.	Immediately stop operation and contact your dealer or the nearest service center.
